Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your Little Hye Learning purchase.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, complete, and returned with all original components and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@littlehyelearning.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlehyelearning.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue where possible so we can make it right.
